What data we process

Account: e-mail address and name, with Google sign-in also the profile picture.

Profile: weight, bike weight, year of birth, sex (optional), time zone, language, availability, equipment, goals and target times.

Training: rides from FIT files or from intervals.icu with power, heart rate, cadence, speed, altitude and GPS track; figures computed from them, tests and your training plan.

Health data (Art. 9 GDPR): heart rate, questionnaire answers (sleep, fatigue, mood), illness reports and how you felt after rides. Only with your explicit consent.

AI coach: your messages and the data needed for an answer. Only with its own consent, never your name or e-mail address.

Usage figures: how often you open which parts of the app and which actions you use, counted per day on our server. No cookies, no third-party scripts.

Feedback you send with the feedback button, and technical error reports without a link to your account.

Waiting list: e-mail address and language, only after confirmation.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the app, your plan, the predictions and the connection to intervals.icu: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Health data and AI coach: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Usage figures, error reports and protection against abuse: legitimate interest in a working and improving app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Waiting list: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Vercel (hosting of the app, Frankfurt region), Neon (database, Frankfurt), Inngest (background tasks such as the sync with intervals.icu), Resend (USA) (sending the sign-in e-mails), Cloudflare R2 (map data of the ride analysis; your browser loads it directly).

Anthropic (AI coach, USA): only if you agreed to the AI coach and it is switched on.

Google: only if you sign in with Google.

intervals.icu: a service you connect yourself. We read your rides and, if you want, write your plan into its calendar. Your data there is covered by the privacy policy of intervals.icu.

Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage period

Your data is kept until you delete your account. Exceptions: original ride files 12 months, usage figures 180 days, messages to the AI coach 30 days, error reports 90 days. We delete the waiting list entry when you leave it.

Cookies

We only use a technically necessary cookie for your sign-in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw a consent with effect for the future.

In your profile under "Privacy" you can download all your data, withdraw consents and delete your account with all its data.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (www.dsb.gv.at).

Automated decisions

Your training plan is computed automatically. It is a suggestion without legal effect for you; you decide how you train.
